The original CAM blanks from Camlog

With the original CAM blanks from Camlog, you can produce individualized one-piece abutments made of titanium or CoCr alloy as well as titanium alloy healing caps on your own milling machines. The CAM blanks have a prefabricated implantabutment connection with screw channel, suitable for our implant systems CAMLOG®, CONELOG® and iSy®, in the usual Camlog quality. In addition, CAM blanks with the original implant-abutment connection are available for BioHorizons® Internal implants. The color coding of the CAMLOG®, CONELOG® and BioHorizons® CAM blanks made of titanium alloy, which is matched to the implant diameter, allows easy assignment of the final abutment or healing cap. Camlog‘s CAM blanks are available in three types Type ME Clamping in the machine takes place at a cylindrical section opposite the implant-abutment connection. Abutment holders for the PreFace® abutments from Medentika® can be used as machine-specific clamping devices. These holders are available for selected machines from the respective machine manufacturer. Note: Questions about compatibility with Zirkonzahn® milling machines? Please contact us! Type AG (not BioHorizons®) These blanks have been developed in collaboration with Amann Girrbach AG and feature their patented clamping geometry. They are compatible with the Ceramill® CAD/CAM system from Amann Girrbach®. Type IAC (not BioHorizons®) Clamping in the machine takes place at the implant-abutment connection. For this type, the system-related collets for CAM blanks, type IAC are available as the primary clamping device. For processing, all blanks require corresponding CAD and CAM libraries as well as the appropriate holder.
