iSy® Implants iSy® Implants are slightly conical, self-tapping screw implants. They enable easy insertion by self-centering with continuous bone contact and thus achieve solid primary stability. The specially developed geometry of the implant neck reduces the pressure on the crestal bone due to its smaller diameter (compared to the body). iSy® Implants are provided with the blasted, acid-etched Promote® Surface up to the conical 45° implant shoulder.
